A corneal keloid is rare & very uncommonly encountered condition which occurred after trauma to the eye. We are presenting a case of 40 years old female presented to OPD with a complaint of mass protruding from her left eye since three months. Mass was initially small & then gradually becomes larger in size. She had a history of trauma to LE before four months for which she took treatment at some hospital (papers not available). On slit lamp exam an 8*8 mm round, white, elevated mass arising from the central part of the cornea with glistening, smooth surface with vessels present over it. Mass was entirely free from the limbus with superficial and deep vascularization of the cornea. AC shallow with rest details hazily seen. USG normal. UBM showed mass arising from the cornea with shallow but well formed AC and cataractous lens. Clinical diagnosis of corneal keloid made. We did excision biopsy with the triple procedure. Histopathology findings confirmed our clinical diagnosis.
