Introduction: CSCR is an idiopathic self limiting disorder characterized by serous detachment of neurosensory retina at macula.

Aim: To evaluate the clinical profile of CSCR pts and analyze FFA & SD-OCT findings.

Methodology: Hospital based prospective study was conducted on 86 pts from Aug 2015- Feb 2016.Complete clinical evaluation was done including FFA and OCT on all pts.

Observation: 89 eyes of 86 pts were seen.M:F- 75:11.Age range was 22-60yrs.Diminution of vision was MC presentation,MC VA- 6/9.In FFA, ink blot pattern was commoner than smoke stack i.e. 87.56 % : 12.43%.In OCT neurosensory detachment observed in 96.4% and RPE abnormalities in 90% of eyes.FFA detected pinpoint leakage,OCT identified individual layers of retina & choroid & EDI detected subfoveal choroidal thickening also.

Conclusion:Almost all leaking sites of FFA were identified on OCT. OCT being safer, non-invasive and less time consuming, might prove better tool than FFA particularly for follow up of CSCR.
