To report a case of 40 years old female who presented to us with complaint of decreased vision,additional symptoms were breathlessnes and joint painPatient was examined on snellen chart, slit lamp, Indirect ophthlmoscopy, fundus camer and FFA was done on examination right eye vision was 6/12 and left eye 3/60, on fundus examination pale disc was noted in both eyes with central retinal vein occlusion(crvo) in left eyeon systemic examination and investigations serum ace levels were raised, bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy was noted on HRCT It is very rare and unusual that sarcoidosis presents with crvo and optic atrophy
