Abstract : A 11 year old child presented to our eye OPD with drooping of left upper eyelid since childhood. On examination the levator function was poor in the left eye and the vertical palpebral fissure was 4 mm. The patient was taken for surgery by a frontalis sling surgery using modified Fox Pentagon technique giving only a single supra-brow stab incision. Post-operatively there was correction of ptosis with no visible scar.

Conclusion- modification of conventional Fox Pentagon resulted in better cosmesis with no visible scar.
