Aim – To report a rare case of bullet as foreign body in orbit following accidental exposure.
Materials – A 38 years male
Methods – Case report
Results and Conclusion – A 38 years male presented with lacerated injury over Right eyebrow with H/O exposure to country made gun shoot. X-ray orbit in AP & Lateral view revealed a foreign body in Right orbit. Surgical exploration of the wound was done under GA with assistance of a ENT surgeon. A handmade bullet of 6 cm size is removed . Patient is restored with 6/9 vision .
