We implemented a modified clinical record book to improve clinical skills of undergraduate students in Ophthalmology by dividing in to Do you know, have you done and have you seen having systematic time table to record day to day activity so that all the must know clinical aspects are covered for undergraduate students. It will help students in documenting findings on International Classification of Diseases.
Short term outcome is judged by improvement in attendance, performance in examinations. Long term outcome will be better in their clinical and diagnostic skills which are helpful in delivering better ocular health care to society.
