AIM: To compare the Intra-ocular pressure in patients with sleep apnoea and age matched non-sleep apnoeic individuals

METHODS: 50 individuals diagnosed with sleep apnoea were selected and IOP was measured after silt lamp examination.50 age matched individuals were selected without sleep apnoea and taken as control. After slit lamp examination, intra-ocular pressure was measured and the results were statistically analyzed.

RESULTS: Significant increase in Intra-ocular pressure was noted in individuals with sleep apnoea as compared to age matched individuals without sleep apnoea
