IC175 – MASTERING THE BASICS AND AVOIDING THE PITFALLS IN ACCURATE DIAGNOSIS OF GLAUCOMA

The course targets residents & young practitioners who wish to understand & avoid pitfalls in glaucoma workup.The objective is to make the attendees familiar and sensitize them with common avoidable mistakes. The diagnosis of glaucoma rests on pillars of clinical evaluation. Most of the text books & classes emphasize the
importance of these investigations, but measures to avoid pitfalls and art to get the best out of history andinvestigation is left unattended. The course specifically targets to answer these unattended issues. The course will comprise seven experience, case based and video based presentations all the major aspects will be covered so that attendees learn the common errors and how to avoid them. After the presentations there will be presentation of interesting cases with panel discussion, audience participation and question and answer session.
