Epiphora is a fairly common problem & its symptoms can be extremely distressing at one end while at other end it can be root cause of devastating complications like endophthalmitis and orbital cellulitis, unfortunately epiphora management lacks clarity and is left to rhinologist by most ophthalmologists in modern era.
