A large portion of time spent in routine patient care in a general Ophthalmologist’s Clinic, relates to complaints of OSD & its variants. Confusions reign, associated with the DD, contributory factors, applicability of specific syndromes such as CVS, LIDE & CLIDE and masquerades. Concerns related to selection of appropriate lubricants, roles of adjuncts such as immune-modulators & new molecules (eg rebamipide) shall be addressed & changing Paradigms of OHHQ shall be introduced. This IC has been re-designed with inclusion of new topics & revised content to reect the changes in the understanding & management of OSD.
