After successful phacoemulsification while implanting the Multi piece intraocular lens in the anterior chamber the trailing haptic of IOL was dislodged from the optic.Options were to explant the lens from AC & replace it with another IOL. We had an innovative idea to reconstruct the IOL in the AC with the same haptic dislodged from the optic.we successfully did it & the same lens was implanted in the capsular bag. Video will demonstrate the way how successfully we managed it.
