Treating an aggressive Mooren’s ulcer although an uncommon entity is always a challenge to the corneal surgeon.Immunosuppressants and prompt intervention can save the eye. This video comprises of two cases- the first being a bilateral progressive Mooren’s ulcer diagnosed in a rural setting and the second being a unilateral advanced Mooren’s ulcer. This video gives an insight about the surgical techniques in Mooren’s ulcer for tectonically salvaging the eye and thereafter visual rehabilitation of the patient.
