A young adult from rural India, lost vision as an innocent bystander in a firecracker injury. He had to undergo immediate pars plana vitrectomy and lensectomy for subluxated cataractous lens. A refractory glaucoma ensued and in this video we shall demonstrate how we visually rehabilitated him with Aurolab Aqueous Drainage Implant, glued IOL and pupilloplasty.
