Abstract: This video demonstrates a novel and simple technique for management of migrated orbital implants. This technique is especially useful for cases that have volume deficit and inability to retain a prosthesis due to a small migrated implant. A second orbital implant customised by using 3D printing is fashioned and implanted to push the migrated orbital implant centrally.

Conclusion: Customized orbital implant offers a novel and cost-effective way to correct the implant migration especially in patients with fibrosis in the orbit. 3 D printing enabled us to perform this procedure in a single stage.
