We have done 3 cases. first case was presented with subluxated nucleus with endophthalmitis. TACM was used and nucleus was lifdted up in anterior chamber. unfortunately nucleus fall down during remaoval process in vitreous cavity. PPV was done and nucleus was taken out from SICS incision . Second case was having PCR during Phaco.Nucleus and cortex was there. TACM was plsced and lensectomy was done , but unfortunately it fall down in cavit was done. PPV was done followed by foldable glue iol. Third case was 5 yr grl presented with both eye RD and in right eye with complicated cataract and total posterior synechiae.Left Eye Buckle surgery was done . In right eye TACM was placed followed by Lensectomy.Later on surgery was completed with PPV+ MEMBRANE PEELING +PFCL+ENDOLASER+SILICON OIL+ BB. In all three cases TACM act as a boon for VR SURGEON.
