Purpose- A rare case of choroidal vessels pulsation seen at the macula.
Method & Results- On examination the choroidal vessels seen at the macula were having pulsations which were not associated with the systemic /arterial pulsations. The chorioretinal atrophy at the macula made the normal pulsation very evident at the fovea and macula.
Conclusion- Chorioretinal atrophy at the fovea acts as a window for the visualization of choroidal pulsations.
