First case was having Close Funnel RD with decreased vision around 6 month and was operated for cataract 3 months back.With the help of forcep all the membranes were cleared and 180 degree RETINECTOMY was done on temporal side. Retina was on at 1st week post op and vision improved from PL PR accurate to 2/60. Second case was having right eye PL negative from a long time and presented with decreased vision in left eye from last 2 months. On examination left eye was PL positive.On fundus examination 360 degree GIANT RETINAL TEAR was there and total retina was at the disc . Patient undergone Pars Plana vitrectomy+ PFCL+ENDOLASER+PFCL- OIL EXCHANGE. On 6 month post op vision was 6/18 in left eye.retina was on.
