Intumescent white cataracts are a common scenario in a country like India. The major hurdle in phacoemulsification in Intumescent white cataracts is capsulorhexis. Argentina flag sign is a common occurrence in these cataracts because of the eye intralenticular pressure. Video will highlight a new technique punchorhexis which will overcome this problem. The punchorhexis is a sure way to get a perfect capsulorrhexis almost in every case of white Intumescent cataract.
