METHODS: This is a retrospective case series where 28 patients who had DMD after small incision cataract surgery (SICS) between January 2015 to April 2015 were included. Descemetopexy was performed with air or 14% isoexpansile perfluoropropane (C3F8).
MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Visual acuity and reattachment of Descemets membrane.
RESULTS: Duration between cataract surgery and descemetopexy was 2 to 5 days
Successful reattachment of Descemet membrane and resolution of corneal edema occurred in all except 2 patient who were advised PKP
