Aims: Aim of this study to share the surgical management of different types of total aniridia and its outcome. Material & Methods: We have included 4 eyes of Aniridia. 2 eyes of congenital Aniridia with Subluxated Cataract & 2 eyes of traumatic aniridia included. BCVA, IOP, SLE, & IDO were performed before surgery. PPV with PPL done in cataractous patient. In 1st method we have implanted aniridia IOL through scleral fixation method. In 2nd method we have implanted iris implant first and SFIOL implanted over it in same sitting. Post op BCVA, iritis, sec glaucoma, vitritis and retinal complications were noted.
Results: There were no sec glaucoma or any retinal complications in all 4 cases. Minimal iritis and vitritis seen in early out op. Visual improvement was significant to avg 6/36 in congenital cases and 6/12 in sec aniridia. Conclusion: Sometimes non availability of aniridia IOLs, we can treat aniridia through my 2nd method. This is very useful and easy method with nil complication
