The arch of paired LRI  incision to be operated was determined  by NAPA  nomogram .600 micron diamond blade  was used for LRI . 98 cases were operated .  The difference between K readings was between 0.75 t0 4.25 diaptors.Post operative keratometry reading 6 months after LRI surgery showed 76.54% patients achieving  correction within +- 0.25 D indicating LRI is effective procedure.
