50 cases of POAG on single drug as B –blocker of 50 to 60 years age, irrespective of gender biased were evaluated for the status of colour vision perception ,accommodation and convergence . Colour vision was assessed on Martin lantern test. Follow up period was three years. Results were compared with control group of non glaucoma subjects of the same age group .There were no change in colour vision status where as accommodation and convergence was found to have variation of 8 to 15 % as compare to control group despite no progression of glaucoma or need of any additional medication .
