To describe the clinical characteristics of pediatric glaucoma and intraocular hypertension presenting to a tertiary eye care hospital in South India. The medical records of pediatric patients over a course of eight years , who had presented to the glaucoma department were reviewed. 36 children , were included.41.66% cases involved both eyes , 33.33% right eye and 25% ,left eye . 36.11 % cases , were of post traumatic glaucoma , 16.66% each following ocular surgery and congenital glaucoma .There were 5.55% cases each of steroid induced glaucoma and ocular hypertension following vernal kerato conjunctivitis.1 case each was secondary to Weil Marchesani Syndrome, choroidal melanoma , developmental glaucoma and absolute glaucoma. 16 cases were treated with antiglaucoma medications .6 underwent trabeculectomy . In 6 cases glaucoma drainage devices were used. 3 were observed and 2 were lost to follow up .Glaucoma secondary to trauma were the most common and most common treatment was the use of topical antiglaucoma medicati
