aim and objectives-
efficacy of sutureless conjunctival autografting technique ,its demerits, complications and recurrence rate was studied.
material method-
two study group of conjunctival autograft with fibrin glue and autoblood groups were taken
patients were true, unilateral ,single eyed,nasal pterygium were taken
conclusion and results-
1.pterygium is more common in males,outdoor workers and low socioeconomic group people.
2.conjunctival autografting with fibrin glue has less mean surgical time,lesser recurrence rate,is cost effective,easy to use than conjunctival autografting with autoblood.
3.overall success rate of sutureless conjunctival autografting for ptrygium surgery is about 90%
