Alport syndrome is a rare genetic condition characterized by progressive kidney disease, hearing loss, and eye abnormalities. The prevalence of Alport disease is 1 in 50,000 and its incidence rate is higher among males than females. It is caused by mutations that affect the type IV collagen proteins.

The capillary hemangioma is of common occurrence in infants but it is rarely seen in adults.A 27years old female presented with slowly growing mass over medial part of upper left eyelid,since past 3 months.She was investigated and excision of mass was done under local anesthesia. The histopathology report of mass showed capillary hemangioma.
