Purpose: To present a case series with rare ocular manifestations of Reactive Arthritis (Reiter syndrome) and present a brief review of similar cases published in medical literature.

Methods: Two boys, aged 12 & 15, presented to the Cornea department of a tertiary eye care centre with complaints of pain, redness and watering of both eyes and right eye respectively. They had history of non specific urethritis and dysentery along with arthritis and limitation of joint movements. Vision affecting keratitis and Reactive arthritis were diagnosed after a detailed ocular and rheumatology work up. Medical literature was reviewed to identify similar cases and to prognosticate outcome.

Results: Keratitis resolved after treatment with topical and systemic steroids. Patients regained good visual acuity with minimal ocular sequelae, and improvement in systemic signs.
Conclusion: Keratitis is a rare manifestation in Reactive arthritis which recovers completely if diagnosed and treated in time.
