A 70 years old female presented with decease in vision in right eye for 6 months and left eye for 1 month in December, 2006. Her best corrected visual acuity was 3/60 and 6/12 in the right and left eye respectively. On clinical examination her anterior segment was normal with stable pseudophakia. IOP was 18 and 16 mm of Hg in the right and left eye respectively. Fundus examination showed scarred CNVM in the right eye with active CNVM in the left eye with cystoid edema and retinal hemorrhage. FFA was done and confirmed the clinical diagnosis. Ranibizumab was then newly introduced in India. She was advised to take injection ranibizumab (Lucentis) in the left eye. Then the saga continues from 2006 to 2014. In the left eye she received 27 injection of ranibizumab with waxing and waning of vision and disease process. In between she underwent OCT for 18 times and FFA for 6 times. Last injection was given in December, 2014. That time her vision was 6/18 in the left eye.
