To demonstrate usefullness of femtosecond lasers in corneal therapeutics by video based course Author used Victus universal femto platform but has no financial interests In addition to common application of LASIK flaps,other indications of femto in corneal therapeutics as follows, 1 Anterior lamellar keratoplasties in keratoconus,dystrophies,corneal scars,a successful femto dissection of donor & reciepient corneas were performed (upto 88% depth) 2 Therapeutic lamellar keratoplasties in non healing ulcers 3 Pouch for intrastromal antimicrobials in refractory corneal ulcers 4 Groove for intra corneal ring segments 5 Bed creation in collagen cross linkages with maximal demarcation zone by AS OCT 6 In creating precise penetrating keratoplasties by OCT based single circular cuts of donor & reciepient Conclusion Femto second lasers has redefined corneal therapeutics in precision and excellent outcomes in our practice.
