Aim: To evaluate the demographic and epidemiologic data of Goldenhar syndrome.Methods: We recorded data of all patients attended our Oculoplasty department with Goldenhar syndrome from hospital data base on standard pretested format & data analysis done.Results: A total of 6 patients evaluated for Goldenhar syndrome. Majority were from the age group of less than 3 year (66.7%),equal preponderance in male and female ,50% in OD,33% in OS,17% in OU;one had associated microcornea;one has cleft palate for which ENT and pediatrician reference done;on retinoscopy two cases have anisometropia of more than 3D which was corroborating with dermoid size. Mostly (83%) were from lower income group. Corrective surgery was done in all the cases with dermoid with satisfactory results.Conclusion: Goldenhar syndrome is a rare anomaly and, timely referral and intervention yield fruitful results.
