We present a case report of a 59 yrs old female patient presenting with history of a painless, progressive swelling in the left lower eyelid since 9 months. On examination ,a left lower eyelid mass measuring 11×5 mm extending from the left lateral canthus to the junction of medial 1/2 and lateral 1/2 of the lid was seen. It was pink in colour, firm in consistency, nontender , mobile, lobulated mass, with an irregular fungating surface, skin over the mass is adherent with loss of eyelashes. The preauricular, submandibular lymph nodes were not palpable.Wide excision of the mass was done and the excised tissues were sent for histopathological examination which revealed poorly differentiated meibomian gland carcinoma.
