To report an uncommon differential diagnosis of conjunctival cyst. 49 years old male presented with painless progressive swelling in right lower lid since 1 year.

55 year female presented with insidious onset, painless, gradually progressive protrusion of left eye noticed for 1 year;

A 42 year otherwise healthy male presented to our OPD with complaint of painless swelling in his right lower lid since past 2 years which was progressively increasing in size. It hindered his inferior field of vision and gave unsightly appearance.There was no history of trauma.

Post traumatic vertical scar produce anguler deformity of the lid causes ectropion ,lagophthalmos and exposure keratitis .To evaluate cosmetic and functional outcome to correct the anguler deformity of the lid by multipare Z-Plasty.Long term follow up and recurrence.

To report 2 cases of uveal melanoma with atypical presentation in blind eyes

Blepharophimosis ptosis epicanthus inversus syndrome(BPES)/Kohn Romano syndrome is a rare developmental ocular disorder.

A total of 17 patients 9 male and 8 female patients, Age range 13 to 64 years (mean 34 years),3 patients had bilateral pathology and 14 patients had unilateral pathology with clinical presentation mass in the superotemporal quadrant of orbit ,proptosis and pain.
